The Pet Shuttles runs each morning and evening providing pick-up & delivery to and from your home, or, if you live outside the coverage area, speak to a customer representative and we’d be glad to meet you somewhere on our route.
HOW DO THE PETS RIDE ON THE SHUTTLE?

We have 2 Pet Shuttles, both of which are air conditioned and heated “people” shuttles, that have been modified by having the seats removed and replaced with airline approved pet carriers. Riding in pet carriers has proven to provide comfort, security and safety for all passengers while in transit.

The NaJu Shuttle services the following areas:

- Panama City Beach (to Nautilus St.)
Please contact us to confirm shuttle availability. If you live beyond our service area you may make arrangements to meet the shuttle in the nearest service area.
HOW DOES NAJU PROVIDE HOME PICK UP & DELIVERY IF I'M NOT THERE?

Great question. A large percentage of our home clients are never home when we pick up &/or deliver their pets. For convenience purposes, we are very flexible in how you would like to arrange for us to pick up or deliver your pet. Some common ways are as follows:
- Arrange to give the driver a key (Most common).
- Provide a garage code or remote.
- Provide instructions and any codes to get into a back yard or other secure area.
- Have your pet secured in a crate or loose on a back porch or outdoor kennel area.
If interested in this service please speak with a representative and provide detailed instructions.
*** We do ask that the first few times pets be secured in a crate so they are easy to retrieve.
